We engineer systems.
We don't build websites.

Prime Synth was founded on a single observation: most businesses that needed serious digital infrastructure were being handed templates and called it a solution.

We started as engineers who understood both sides — the business problem and the architectural answer. That combination is rare. Most agencies are strong on design or strong on delivery, but few think deeply about how systems should be structured before a single component is built.

We built Prime Synth to fill that gap. Based in Lagos, working globally — we serve startups that need their first production-ready platform, SMEs digitising their operations, and enterprises modernising the infrastructure they've outgrown.

Every engagement starts with architecture. Every delivery is production-grade. That hasn't changed since day one.

What we are

A systems firm
disguised as
a consultancy.

We think the way a product company thinks — with ownership, accountability, and long-term architectural thinking. We just happen to apply that thinking on behalf of our clients.

That means we care about your data model, not just your landing page. Your API contracts, not just your colour palette. Your deployment pipeline, not just your Figma file.

We have built our own SaaS product — Gatelyn — alongside our client work. That means we have real skin in the game. We know what it means to ship something that has to work under real load, for real users, with real consequences.

01 / THINKING
Architecture before aesthetics
We design the system before touching the interface. Every visual decision is downstream of a structural one.
02 / DELIVERY
Production-ready by default
We don't hand off prototypes. We deploy systems that are monitored, versioned, and ready for real users from day one.
03 / PARTNERSHIP
Partners, not vendors
We embed in your operational thinking. Your system's success is our professional reputation — that alignment matters.

What we
stand for.

These aren't posted on a wall. They're the actual decisions we make when scoping a project, writing code, or pushing back on a brief that doesn't serve the client long-term.

01
Honesty over
convenience
We tell clients when their idea needs rethinking — even if it means a smaller project scope. Trust is the only currency that compounds.
02
Systems thinking
first
We don't start with a framework or a template. We start with the operational reality — what does this system need to do, and how should it be structured to do it well?
03
Quality without
compromise
Every system we ship is something we'd be proud to have our name on five years from now. That standard applies to the code, the architecture, and the documentation.
04
Africa as a
launchpad
We are based in Lagos and proud of it. We build world-class infrastructure from here — not despite being here. African businesses deserve engineering excellence too.

Our
technology.

We choose tools based on what the system needs, not what's trending. Every decision in our stack is driven by scalability, reliability, and developer experience.

Our Mandate
"Most companies need more than a website. They need digital infrastructure — systems that run their operations, scale with their growth, and signal their capability to the world."

That is what Prime Synth was built to deliver. Not templates, not mockups, not hand-offs. Engineered systems — built with conviction, shipped with care.

Work with a team that thinks architecturally.

Tell us what you're building. We'll respond with honest engineering thinking — no sales pitch, no boilerplate.

01
We respond within 24 hours. Every brief is reviewed by a real person — not an account manager, an engineer.
02
No commitment on first contact. Our initial response is honest analysis — scope, approach, and fit assessment.
03
Global clients, Lagos-based team. We work async-first and have delivered systems for clients across three continents.
